Charles Pas, who graduated in 2020 from the Mime School, has been selected for the 3Package Deal 2020 in the 'Theatre' category. A total of 15 artists 2020-2021 from various disciplines have been selected for a 3Package Deal.

The 3Package Deal offers 15 talents affordable living and working space, a development budget and a network of renowned institutions for a year. The selected creatives consists of young, innovative artists who represent a multitude of disciplines and nationalities. They are all great talents who, with the help of the 3Package Deal, can focus on the next step in their career in the coming year. The artists come from countries such as the Netherlands, Indonesia, Japan and Malta.
