In 2020, Sanyi the rooster escapes from the market in the Hungarian town Békéscsaba. For over four years, he lives like a king on the town square, cherished by the locals as a symbol of hope. Sanyi unites the community—until his mysterious death shatters the bond and gives way to suspicion and polarization.
